DISCOVERY call
In this free call we’ll explore your current challenges, identify the main patterns and beliefs holding you back, providing insight into the potential of working together and the possibilities that lie ahead.
FOUNDATION session
In our first paid session we dive deeper as I learn about your past, identify core limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and stuck story, and lay the groundwork for our work together.
REGULAR SESSIONS
Our regular sessions are tailored to your unique situation, delving into deeper healing using personalized tools and modalities. These sessions, scheduled as frequently as you prefer (typically recommended every one to four weeks), provide ongoing support on your journey.
