My Work

As a medical doctor I am bridging the gap between mainstream medicine and holistic healing. My mission is to transform lives through therapeutic experiences to build a deep loving relationship with yourself, peace, resilience and belonging. Throughout life, traumatic experiences and life events lead us to develop beliefs and adaptive patterns as a means to protect ourselves from perceived threats to our sense of self, belonging, and safety. 

Through my work, I support others on a transformative journey of self-discovery to release emotional memory and patterns, limiting core beliefs and stories rooted in the past. I bring my experience through practicing as a medical doctor, health psychology, neuroscience, somatic trauma healing, yoga and through my personal journey of inner transformation. Through a combination of emotional mastery, nervous system regulation and mind-body coherence, you can guide yourself back to a deep loving partnership with yourself and develop emotional resilience to face anything.
